You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly via PayPal. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access other users' data, or use the AI chat for purposes other than legitimate venue inquiries.

6. Limitation of Liability

VenueAI is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
