We use collected information to provide and improve the VenueAI service, including AI-powered chat responses, lead qualification, tour scheduling, and email communications on behalf of venue owners.

3. Data Storage & Security

All data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security policies. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (TLS) and at rest.

4. Third-Party Services

VenueAI integrates with OpenAI (for AI chat), PayPal (for payments), and Resend (for email delivery). Each service has its own privacy policy governing data they process.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
